In 1985 David and Donald Wu founded Magic Wok International, Inc.
A quick service Chinese restaurant company aimed at the emerging food court dining opportunities in shopping centers around the country. Magic Wok’s initial success in the Chinese market led to the creation of both Japanese and Cajun prototypes. Magic Wok’s accomplishment in the food court market has been predicated on the company’s ability to offer quick service authentic ethnic dining at an exceptional value.
