Poukei is home to the freshest & most creative sushi burritos in Las Vegas. We have many delicious combinations, all of which were crafted by our talented and experienced sushi chef: Chef Eric Ou. You can choose from our set menu and customize to your heart’s content, or build your own creation from the ground up! We let you decide what soothes your cravings.

What makes our Sushi Burritos so amazing is that we use Hawaiian Poke (marinated raw fish), instead of the more traditional raw fish used in regular sushi. If you haven’t tried Poke before, we think you’ll be presently surprised in how the light marination complements the depth of the fish, culminating in a glorious mouth-watering experience.

Poke Bowls

Aside from serving the city’s latest food craze, we also make Japanese-Hawaiian inspired Poke Bowls right on the Las Vegas Strip with ingredients chosen by customers themselves. From the base up to the toppings, you can get creative with the use of our build-your-own menu. To give you a more pleasurable dining experience, we also offer a wide selection of side dishes, desserts, non-alcoholic beverages, beer and wine.
